We do this work once, properly, instead of hiding it inside a higher monthly subscription.
No. The Starter month is mandatory for every new clinic because the setup and configuration work has to happen before the agent can take real calls. After Month 1 you move onto either Essential or Growth — those are the recurring plans.
You can buy a top-up pack (50, 100, or 200 minutes) at any time and the minutes are added to your account instantly. Top-ups stack on top of your monthly minutes and roll over until used.
Both. Calling minutes are consumed any time the AI agent is on a live call with a patient — whether the patient called you or the agent placed an outbound follow-up call.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade between Essential and Growth at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
